Two sets of 100t/h biomass boilers installed in an Indonesia Lampung sugar mill are successfully put into operation on Jan. 31st and April 9th, 2017 separately. The two boilers are used in the captive power plant for the sugar mill, matching with two sets of 7500KW turbine generators. The main fuel is the bagasse, which is the waste of sugar making process. The boiler can also burn the waste of the palm oil factory, including palm fibre, empty fruit bunch (EFB) and palm shell etc. In the design of the two boilers, we thoroughly absorb the essentials of the introduced technology, combine the abundant experiences of developing biomass boilers for many years and create the new bagasse boiler series for our company. The successful operation of the project has significant demonstration meaning to develop the sugar mill boiler market in Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan and South American countries.
